United States District Court Issues Notice of Proposed Doe vs State of Ohio Settlement

The Court has preliminarily approved the Settlement Agreement and scheduled a hearing for February 11, 2020. At the hearing, the Court will decide whether the Settlement Agreement should have final approval.
